Members can log in and create a ticket in the Support Centre to receive a trackable reference.
Community
Use the Telegram and Discord links configured by the site administrator in config/config.php.
Configure a monitored support address and publish it here before launch. Do not rely on an unmonitored sender mailbox for customer support.
